Quotes and bookings
Website content and quote requests are invitations to obtain transport information and do not by themselves create a confirmed booking. A booking should only be treated as confirmed when the applicable itinerary, price, vehicle requirements and payment or confirmation terms have been accepted.
Journey information
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate dates, addresses, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and other material itinerary information. Changes may affect vehicle availability, operating time and price.
Vehicles and operations
Vehicle images and descriptions are illustrative unless a particular specification is confirmed in writing. Operational arrangements remain subject to road conditions, legal requirements, venue rules and circumstances outside reasonable control.
Cancellations and changes
Any cancellation, amendment, waiting-time or additional mileage terms should be stated in the booking confirmation supplied for the relevant journey.
